If this is how we fight corruption, i feel that EU’s demise is close.

Ursula Von Der Leyen needs to be removed from office and incriminated. She is an embarrassment to our continent.

I am 100% pro EU but I think she needs to go.

We can’t have the same leadership we had before covid and before the russian invasion. She has no idea what she’s doing.

You know it’s bad when *The New York Times* is the voice of reason

      >The New York Times could challenge the Commission’s decision in court again and wait a few more years to see if EU judges challenge it again.

I’ve rarely seen a less useful court system. NYT requested Messages since 2022, years later won a court case. And it gets precisely nothing. Three fucking years on, the options are “give up” and “wait years longer”.

Are you kidding me? Steal a candy bar and try to delay any consequence for years on end, as a normal citizen. Be a corrupt high official and barely get inconvenienced.

I despise vdL, as her corruption ranks through every Office that ever had the misfortune of being occupied by her. But I will give her credit, she is excellent at keeping consequences of any kind away from her.

On this one, I can’t decide what is worse. The original corruption, the halfarsed cover up or the *laughable* judicial response. Pathetic, frankly.
