Hey, that looks great, glad it worked out for you! Please excuse the ignorant crowd, they are confused because they think goulash means gulyásleves, when in fact goulash is the English name for pörkölt – which you made and named correctly. Gulyásleves is called goulash soup in English. We have so many knuckle headed people in this sub, I’m not exaggerrating, it can be a real pain at times. I’m guessing many of them even know that goulash = pörkölt, they just refuse to accept it and rage instead, because they are addicted to getting upset over anything and everything.
