FG and friends have been in power for over 12 years an haven’t been able to deliver a sustainable number of units in over the period. Haven’t intervened in the supply side of housing but are quite happy to intervene on the demand side to increase prices which seems odd considering they help service providers directly in other markets when it suits them.
