Aiuto!!! Il marito si è imbattuto in un uccellino. Non sono sicuro che sia ferito. Non sta volando, ma sembra essere sconvolto (comprensibile). I veterinari locali sono chiusi. Cosa fare?

  1. Go to google maps and search for a NABU-Naturschutzstation near to you. You can give them a call or write them a message about your situation.

Ah yes and in case they don’t take him, I had something similar we found a Hawfinch it is fledging we ended up keeping Finchy Stark for 4 weeks I just kept feeding him and cleaning the tiny cage I got for for him everyday until he became stronger and the feathers filled in his tummy and then I set him free , he came back few days later and ate my redcurrant.

Really hope you find some help. We woke up to a tiny, tiny baby Mauersegler on our balcony a few years ago. We named him Alfred. Finding help was very rough, but we eventually found a couple who specialized in birds like him. My husband bought some bugs first, which apparently were what that bird should eat, then took the S-Bahn to an area super far to meet the rescue team, delivered Alfred, and the next day they already managed to release him and he flew.

someone correct me if Im wrong, but I think a fully feathered baby bird probably left the nest by choice (and is still learning to fly) and would still be fed by its parents on the ground, if there is no danger where you found it, it might be the best to put it back (or in case there is danger, put it in a slightly higher spot, where predators cant reach it)
the being upset is probably being hungry and calling for food
