Probabilmente uno dei miei pasti preferiti da preparare quando ne ho la possibilità! Pasto a tre portate questa domenica con una zuppa di verdure arrosto speziata e un pane di soda fatto in casa seguito dal principale di limone e gamba di aglio arrosto di agnello con tutte le guarnizioni (grati di patate al posto delle nozioni di purè di cuz) e poi l’opzione della foresta nera fatta in casa o della torta di mela fresca dal forno e dalla crema da fuoco!
