Why am I still seeing illegal escooters and ebikes in my local area despite people being killed off them?
Multiple people on them at the same time, riding on footpaths, going way over 25kmph, no lights etc? Areas like John spark and Kilcohan plagued with scrotes flying around on them.
Because the local Gardai will not enforce the law. It seems that driving around in their SUVs is their job, not actually getting out of them and doing anything.
