Siamo stati fatturati dal nostro proprietario quasi 2000 euro per 3 mesi per il periodo dal 24 gennaio al 24 marzo. Questo è in cima all’affitto e al nebenkosten di quasi 200 euro. L’unità costa più che raddoppiata rispetto all’anno precedente e il nostro consumo è quasi lo stesso per il periodo comparabile. Perché è così?

Mind that heating is expensive and the three month period in question is in winter. You pay your estimated heating cost stretched over the year so it evens out.
