The building is so majestic but please needs a renovation
Pictures don’t really do it justice, especially not this one. Really impressive in person especially considering they rebuilt it

Strictly speaking it’s not a cathedral.
A cathedral is the seat of a Catholic, orthodox or Anglican bishop.
The Frauenkirche was built by the Lutheran citizens of Dresden.
The Catholic cathedral (the ruling house of Saxony converted to Catholicism) is next to the palace, opposite of the opera house.
