      I suspect he won’t get a custodial sentence, even if he is found guilty.

      This is a win for the right whichever way this goes. If he gets serious time, they can be content. If he doesn’t, millions more votes for Farage.

      Farage is already Starmers Freddy Kruger. This would tip him over the edge.

      If he gets less than Lucy Connolly then this is a travesty of justice. You should always get less time for admitting guilt (usually one third off a sentence), this is on film so the fact he pled not guilty while it is on film means he is lying and not to be trusted.

      Also, with Lucy, she ended her facebook post with “for all I care”, so she wasn’t even telling anyone to do anything, she was just saying she didn’t care if someone did. She also deleted her post within hours off her own back and barely anyone saw it. Yet Ricky Jones made his comment in front of a baying mob who were clapping and cheering along. When you compare one case to the other it makes Ricky Jones much worse IMO. If he gets less than 30 months this is disgusting.
