The ‘removal of recruitment barriers’ may be exagerrated, I started my RDF application in January and my start date will be this January, a good wait for something that is part-time

Then they should tax the rich to get more money to pay them.
The pay system for RDF is very opaque too. Whenever we do get a payslip (which is rare to begin with), there is no breakdown of hours, just the gross and net pay. It means we don’t know what we’re getting paid for, and there are no set ‘paydays’ either, sometimes I’ll just find €100 or €200 being deposited into my account at random intervals throughout the year. It’s something they need to sort out.
