Ciao a tutti! Io (28f) mi sono appena trasferito in Germania con un visto di lavoro a lungo termine. Di recente ho trovato una nuova palestra e sono rimasto scioccato nel vedere un cartello nello spogliatoio femminile che diceva “per favore nessun abbigliamento stretto o mostrare l’ombelico” (attaccato al post). Okay … la cosa no pancia che immagino di avere, come cercare di evitare di allenarti solo in un reggiseno sportivo (ancora strano IMO, ma immagino che se le donne possano indossare solo reggiseni sportivi, sarebbe una scusa per gli uomini di non indossare camicie così ok). Ma nessun abbigliamento stretto ???? Voglio dire letteralmente quasi tutta l’usura delle donne è stretta. Leggings, Sollevamento di pantaloncini, set da palestra, ecc. Ho sollevato per circa sei anni e non ho mai pensato a questo quando mi sono messo nei miei vestiti per la palestra …
Quindi immagino che la mia domanda sia: qual è il protocollo qui? Non dovrei indossare i miei pantaloncini da sollevamento di palestra che sono stretti? O semplicemente ignorare il segno? 😂

Huh? The picture doesn’t say anything about tight clothing. Knapp means short, they are saying no low-rise pants in combination with just a sports bra
While knapp can mean tight, I think it is meant more about covered area, i.e. they want you not to show too much skin.

Where are you getting “no tight clothes” from? “Nicht zu knapp”? Because it doesn’t mean that; it means “Not too short”, refers to the area of skin covered by the garment, not how snug it fits.
Go to a diff gym. FitX oder clever fit huge chains here.
This “rule” is monst likely only for this one.

Where do you read “tight”? “Knapp” means skimpy if that’s what you are wondering.
Just to make sure it’s not a translation issue: The part about tight clothes is not on the photo, right?
I would just ask the employees and look around what other people wear. I agree that pretty much all women sports wear is tight.
