They dont have enough data, they don’t collect data on people not living in germany. So if you have been here less than a few months there is nothing they could send you

Due to insufficient data to compare to, the digital SCHUFA-BonitatsCheck is not available.

Alternatively, you can order a SCHUFA-BonitatsAuskunft via mail. Please call the support number for any questions.

You need to apply for a physical copy. This happened to me when I first moved to Germany and tried to get a digital SCHUFA. Link to the English form is here: https://www.meineschufa.de/medias/SCHUFA-Bestellformular-Bonit-tsAuskunft-EN.pdf?context=bWFzdGVyfHJvb3R8NTQ3ODYzfGFwcGxpY2F0aW9uL3BkZnxoNTQvaGIyLzk3MTQwOTQyNDM4NzAucGRmfDc5ZmZhOTg1MmQ5Mjc4ZDkxNDQ4NTBhYWY3ZDExODE5NjFiMWMwZDA5NjBmMzUyZjE3ZDc5YThjMWZmZjlhM2E

    Mine arrived pretty quickly.

Not enough data or rather said, you do not have a SCHUFA credit score at all. You could try getting something like an Advanzia Gebührenfrei credit card (they typically aren’t that strict as long as the score isn’t ruined), open an bank account at a bank which communicates with the SCHUFA (ING might work) or buy something on invoice at an online shop like Otto/Baur as all three things will cause data to be communicated to the SCHUFA so they can generate the score.
