      He was just waving to hooligans that he called to protect him, there isnt any nazi or fascist shit here.

      There are 1000 things you can attack this guy for (and one of more recent ones is pushing Serbia into civil war), but attacking him for this is just pure bullshit.

      i could make every politician and celebrity a nazi by pausing at the right frame when they wave to the public.

      Google Macron and Kamala Harris Nazi salute, i’m sure there are others. Often posted by far right supporters to imply that they are nazis too.

      If he really did the full gesture (like Elon) i agree, otherwise I’m sure there is plenty to criticize about Vucic already without resorting to this kind of tactics.

      I am not going to lie to you guys but if it hasnā€™t been obvious: Vucic is not going to be pushed out of office in a peaceful way. By now, he knows that the protests wonā€™t go away by simply waiting it out and now heā€™s trying more aggressive tactics. My guess is that he is going to use one big attack to disperse and suppress the protests, presumably by declaring martial law.

      If you donā€™t believe me: Just look what has happened all over the world in the last few years: Every time a protest remained peaceful and demanded a new government, it pretty much failed (Belarus, Iran, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Hong Kong, etc.) because the dictators in these countries know that they are screwed if they resign. On the other hand: Look how quick change came in Syria in 2024 when the people were armed and done with talking. Thatā€™s how you force a change in government

      I dare you to try and find any long term top politician who has given speeces that has no pics of them having their arm like that when genuinely waving. This is such a stupid instance of manufacturing something that isn’t there.

      There’s *plently* of other criticisms to heap onto Vucic instead.

      It is an absolute scandal of global proportions whatā€™s happening in Serbia. A brother of a president of a country is leading a group of criminal thugs and they are being protected by the police, against the people who demand nothing but fair elections. In Novi Sad theyā€™re using fireworks against peaceful protesters and the police are just standing there and protecting the criminals AND everything is taking place in front of the ruling parties local headquarters!!! šŸ¤ÆšŸ¤ÆšŸ¤Æ

      He was a Serbian minister of propaganda during wars in exYugoslavia which took lives of 300.000 people.

      This picture does not make him a nazi, his CV does.

      President of Serbia (I would like to write his name, but when I try to, terrible diarrhea starts) also known as The One Who’s Name Should be Forgotten aka The Great Schmuck, addresses few dozens of his supporters under salary surrounded by hundreds of police officers and thugs. At 21:3O , under the cover of night and by surprise, he addressed the small thug assembly, declaring another fictional victory over ,,The Coloured Revolution “.

      Many witnesses of his spirited speeches and deeply reasonable actions are in dire doubt, what will be his next step: court sentence and prison, or a lunatic asylum. Your guess is as good as mine.

      Unpopular opinion: if the left does not stop labelling every right-wing politician as fascist or nazi for those petty things, the right-wing will prevail in Europe for at least another decade or so
