After a two-year legal effort to identify the site’s operator, a judge ruled the platform was designed to cause harm by enabling anonymous attacks and spreading falsehoods for profit. In June, Mr Bond was named as a founder of Tattle Life after reporting restrictions were lifted. Assets tied to him and two companies in the UK and Hong Kong have been frozen to secure a damages award and costs. He may challenge the court’s jurisdiction and seek to overturn the judgment. At a hearing today, his lawyer argued for access to frozen assets to fund his legal representation.
Some of the posters should be identified and pursued too.

I’ve zero skin in the game and I think yer man Bond is a scumbag. But what exactly is wrong with people gossiping about self styled influencers(as long as it’s not defamatory or gross etc)?
Like I said- makes no odds to me, just curious. I hope he gets sued into oblivion for allowing seemingly rampant slanderous posts with zero modding.
