Notando la spiegazione della contea che i lavoratori sono stati licenziati a causa delle loro scarse capacità linguistiche professionali e finlandesi, il rappresentante legale dei lavoratori ha sottolineato che il datore di lavoro non ha cercato di affrontare queste presunte questioni durante i periodi di prova dei lavoratori – o cercare di aiutarli in alcun modo.
Ha anche criticato il modo in cui sono state valutate le loro abilità linguistiche finlandesi.
"Secondo i contratti di lavoro, le competenze linguistiche avrebbero dovuto essere determinate tramite un esame linguistico generale, ma la Contea di Welfare ha organizzato i test linguistici stessi," ha detto.

I doubt “a general language examination” even touches on the vocabulary that has to be understood by medical professionals. It’s not a context I would want to deal with misunderstandings in.
If they dont understand why you need exceptional language skills and know how to do the work, i dobt think they are any good for this country and should go cry about it elsewhere.
We need skilled workers, not idiots like this, who seem to either be too stupid to understabd rationale behind getting fired, or they just want to exploit the country offering nothing but crapping on our healthcare system. Either way they should be kicked out.
