Can’t help but wonder what the punishment would have been if the genders were flipped.
I feel like I read the words suspended sentence too often these days.
What does a 27 year old see in a 15 year old. What the hell
I do think sex offences should have a presumption against suspended sentences, but I also can’t see the government doing that at the moment because of the overcrowding issues, among other reasons.
