I see lots of pictures of government thugs abusing people in Serbia, but I don’t have a sense of whether they’re struggling against growing public outrage and losing, like Romania at the end of the Ceausescu era, or overpowering and silencing dissent like Iran any time in the last 40 years. How likely do you think it is that this unrest will move the thugs on?
