You can see from the bottom of the page “tulevat remontit” what is planned for the next five years. Nothing major there. From “tehdyt remontit” you can read what has been done to the building over the years. The water pipes have been renewed but the drains are not and there is some minor fixings done to the drains so i would probably call the isännöitsijä and ask about those.
