Tori itself is reliable but it’s person to person trade and tori cannot control what the other person does. For seller it’s of course safer, but you can also ask only pickup so that you meet face to face. I have sold a lot of stuff in [tori.fi](http://tori.fi) and haven’t had any negative experiences.

A lot more than that which goes into price. Based on that alone I wouldn’t say more than 400-500€ as it’s up to a 5 year old laptop without a dedicated graphics card and mid tier cpu.

And yes tori is reliable but it’s on you to look out for scammers, it’s just a platform to connect sellers and buyers.

It is reliable as long as you deal in person.

Other than that, it is all up to your horoscope.

Tori itself is reliable, but people selling/buying things there are humans that come in all flavors.

    5. I sold my computer to a company called Prenew, based in Espoo I think. Price could have been better on tori but I didn’t want to bother…

Best places for selling PCs and parts imho would be [Io-Tech forums](https://bbs.io-tech.fi/) and ”PC raudan osto ja myynti” on Facebook. Tori works too but it tends to be just people lowballing anything PC related for pennies in my experience

I’ve been scammed a couple times for small amounts of money, but overall, it’s like any other marketplace for buying and selling used stuff. Depends on the people in question.
