The government is working hard to make favourable policy for IRES REIT, including removing rent control so that IRES can increase the rent (IRES REIT claim they are renting out their apartments for 25% below market rate)
I don’t know why exactly but the Irish government *REALLY* wants this company to succeed. It hasn’t gone that well so far but share price is creeping up. I think it would be a good idea to invest

What do they define as common areas? Where the bins are stored? Maybe the residents should get organised and start to dump their rubbish at the offices of Ires Reit – the fucking scoundrels.
