There would be a lot of then well-trained reservists.
Keeping up the level of training would be task for the future.
Curious to know how he plans to achieve that after martial law is lifted, people demobilize and there is no grounds for mass conscription again.
They better not… Things in a way are going to be like NK and SK… Constant, looming threat of invasion. And defence spending needs to stay high… A lot of replacement gear, and new modern kit to replace what is mostly Soviet era stuff.
I’d hope not. They are going to be massive defense export manufacturers
