What? Why not?
Did the police not have blue light training? I know there’s a massive shortage of officers trained in pursuits, and there’s a shortage of training spaces due to cuts.
140 in a 40. Of course deserves a stretch in prison.

Prick should be sent to prison for at least 10 years.
A couple of things.
Why has it taken almost three years for this to come to court? If the driver pleaded guilty, when? And why, when the judge has said he will go to prison, is he out on bail for another two months until sentencing?
I m think under 5 years in prison and banned from driving for a few years longer?
If only the road had a 20mph limit this wouldn’t have happened.
