As someone who knows little about the maritime world, are they all anchored?

I don’t see many wave ripples from a moving vessel. If they are moving, are they moving very slowly?

I’m just wondering how they avoid crashes because there seems to be a huge density of different types of boats.

Is there a maximum tonnage allowed?

Because off the many boats, a max speed limit is enforced. So ye they go slow.
