You can also call the police in this case because it’s not allowed to park in front of gararage doors and drive ways unless it is your garage or drive way and you park your car in front
Must be a weird angle then… That car looks kind of far away..
As you said, you have to decide whether this situation is worth calling the police over. Since you can still enter and leave, it wouldn’t be worth it to me.
Besides that, you could write a note and put it on the car to remind the owner when they come to the car back that you don’t accept their parking style. This could prevent that situation from happening again.
You could also call the Ordnungsamt during business hours.

You could call either the police / the Ordnungsamt or just call a towing service, make a car owner query and send him the invoice.
However, there is definitely enough space to get out. Are you female by any chance?
