This guy actively stalked police officers after they arrived on scene in order to fire upon them.
The officer who was shot had the crossbow bolt miss an artery by mere centimetres. A police dog was also shot at but the bolt missed. This is essentially attempted murder of a police officer and a canine police officer.
The guy convicted also claimed to be in correspondence with ‘an Egyptian goddess’ and believed he could talk to his neighbour’s dog telepathically.
