L’ho mangiato a Stavanger, molte lune fa. Mi sono appena reso conto che questo non è l’aspetto tipico di un Fiskesuppe. È ovvio di cosa si tratta o perché è verde? Qual è il nome di questo piatto?

Looks like a case of “we have too much chives in the kitchen, use a lot of it!”
It’s just a fancy version of a cream fiskesuppe. That restaurant is great!
this is the best fiskesuppe in Norway!

Something green, red and white.
