Buongiorno, sono uno studente spagnolo di un master in Data Science e Business Intelligence e non vedo l’ora di vivere in Finlandia in futuro. Sono già stato a Rovaniemi lavorando nel SEO ma ho cambiato carriera. Ho trovato alcuni siti Web come [jobly.fi](http://jobly.fi) e [monster.fi](http://monster.fi) (che penso siano la stessa cosa ma non del tutto sicuro) o https://tyomarkkinatori.fi/. Il punto è che anche se ci sono già stato, attualmente non vivo in Finlandia e non conosco il finlandese a parte le basi. Ho pensato di migliorare il mio CV ma mi occorrerebbero diversi mesi per farlo. Sapete se ci sono alcune aziende che cercano stranieri che vogliono rimanere nel paese per diversi anni, anche se non hanno esperienza? Di solito è più facile trovare forza lavoro in lavori poco retribuiti piuttosto che in lavori altamente retribuiti, ma non voglio cambiare strada. Grazie per tutto il feedback!

Companies don’t look for foreigners, they look for employees to do work well.
I don’t quite understand what you mean with improving CV. You improve CV by working.
You can see for yourself what open positions there are. Add LinkedIn to your list. Good luck.
Not to be rude but why would anyone hire a foreigner who does not speak the language AND does not have any experience for that position? I mean if you have one or the other at least that could cover for the skill you lack, but like this the only job you will get is delivering food…

No. Usually foreigners, especially with no background, work in delivery service and cleaning.
IT companies don’t really care where you’re from. Language might be a requirement sometimes, but not always.
But entry level jobs are few and applicants are lots, so don’t expect it to be too easy to land one. The first job is always the hardest to get, in any industry.
