A study presented by an interest group seems suspicious to me, tbh. Data and method should be checked.
I honestly think that having shops open on a Sunday makes it all better for everyone: for people who work regularly on from Monday to Friday, there’s an extra day to do groceries. People who work on Sunday tend to earn more (usually 1.5 rate) and of course have off on a weekday, allowing them to do their chores with less of a hassle. I mean, look how full grocery stores at the railway stations in major cities are every Sunday.
I don’t see why we should still keep the no work on Sundays rule. It’s ridiculous and doesn’t help anyone.

Working 5 days to have off for 3 was already a bad trade. Don’t exactly need a study to tell that working for one more day a week is bad.

Don’t need a study to know that, lmao.
