Ciao ragazzi, il mio vicino lancia ogni giorno nelle mie parti del balcone dalle sigarette che ho raccolto 5/6 oggi ogni giorno, lancia la merda che ho riferito al mio padrone di casa che mi inviano e -mail che devo documentare tutto, ma non sono sicuro che posso mettere la telecamera nel mio balcone affrontato nei pavimenti 2/3/4 quando lanciano Cuz non so davvero dal pavimento è che posso solo record e poi mandando prima al padrone di casa sul proprietario del proprietario.

No, you can’t. That’s illegal and you would get yourself into legal trouble if you did that.
If you haven’t done that already, I recommend you talk to your neighbor.
By record they literally just mean write down what you see, if you have one or two photos that’s more then enough. German bureaucracy goes wet for protocols, just do something like this:
01.09.02025 9:30: 2 Cigarette butts removed from balcony
01.09.2025 19:05: 1 cigarrete butt removed and so on…
Add your pirctures, protocol for around 3 days and then send back to landlord. Also talking to the upstairs neighbour’s can help, ours just had a shitty ashtray and fixed it when we told them it’s raining ciggy butts some days.
I have the same issue. I live on the ground floor and have my yard and neighbors from above keep throwing their shit. It was even glass multiple times. I know i can’t install cameras, so i just printed the paper with warning and put it into their letterbox. It’s way better now, tho i still get some cigs in my yard
I will send them the photos and time but i dont know from which neighbor are thrown there are 3 more appartmens above me😞 i will try with photos only than thank you guys
Keep a daily written log and take photographs of the cigarette butts as you find them. Buy some interlocking plastic bags (for evidence collection. Collect the cig butts each day and carefully preserve them in the bag. Label the bag each day with number of butts and date. Document the costs pertaining to the investigation and evidence collection, including the man-hours you spent on this work.
Do this for about 30 days. Perform some light data visualization based on your log data. Present it to your landlord. He will probably say, “30 days is not sufficient data, it needs to be atleast 90 days.” Then get back and continue your investigation for another 60 days. Make sure you document EVERYTHING. I’ll explain what ‘EVERYTHING’ means, in your next post, after 30 days! Enjoy and have fun!
