It’s hard to sympathise when many rickshaw drivers in that area are involved in human sex trafficking and other illegal activities, including charging extortionate rates for a short ride.
I’m not sure about this particular individual – but I’d personally prefer there were no rickshaw drivers in central London, by legal means.

Those rickshaws are a scam ripping off tourists and a scourge on the roads. They need to be taken off the streets.
I hope the bus driver, all the passengers on the bus and any of the rickshaw passengers are ok.
An accident that would not have happened if scammers were not allowed to operate openly and with total impunity on the streets of the capital
While I despise those bloody rickshaws, despite not living in London, and even when there not using busses much, I’ve been on two busses that have been crashed.
One was stationary, and had the bus behind completely fuck up pulling out the stop and just absolutely clattered into my bus.
The other time I was on a bus that just merged into a car
So, honestly, they both seem as bad each other
