The Care Act and pushing responsibilities to councils is wrecking services and short term solutions like this are only wracking up the long term issues.
It’s also one of the most obvious indicators the country is crumbling to the public and every day we fail to act is making the eventual collapse at the end deeper and more difficult to deal with. It’s probably more than 5 years away though, so no one cares
