that’s a cable connection and distribution to every apartment. most likely for TV and maybe cable internet. that’s nothing 1&1 could even use. you clearly see the red vodafone label on it with their hotline and all details. there is even a small card with the vodafone logo.

Same happened to me. Showed the Vodafone cable internet junction box in the apartment, because I didn’t know they use a different connection. The guys coming somehow think we know all this. The guy got angry and left. Hausmeister said there is no junction box inside the apartment. I booked a second appointment with the details. It was actually outside and the 2nd technician found it. Mine was a telecom staff, connection was 1&1.
