Surprise surprise: wishing death upon your country’s soldiers while your country is at war is a punishable act
Same would have happened in Ukraine (Art. 109, 110 Criminal Code: Public calls to violence, overthrow, or harming military personnel can lead to imprisonment)
Same may happen in EU since “wishing death” publicly may qualify as incitement to violence

It can happen everywhere.

He broke the law, so yes, it’s okay for him to go to prison.

I don’t know if there is any law in my country that prohibits this, but it seems to be a gray area for freedom of speech. I wouldn’t wish death to any group of people whatsoever.

Wishing death for someone online is punishable under German law, potentially constituting offences like insult, threats, or incitement to hatred. Specifically, Section 241 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) criminalises threatening a person with a serious criminal offence, which can include placing them in danger of death.
Depending on the specific content and context, such a statement can be prosecuted under Section 130 StGB (incitement to hatred) or as a threat under Section 241 StGB.

He cheated people out of money, insulted women, encouraged relationships with 13-14 year old girls, held incel shows to collect money from them. And yes. He lived in Russia and insulted ALL Russians, calling them pigs based on their nationality.
No one feels sorry for this vile guy, but they create memes about how he will explain to his cellmates the need to refuse communication with women, because they are all (*insert any misogynistic insult*).

Pro tip, if you’re gonna voice such opinions against a nation infamous for crushing dissenters with an iron fist, make sure you’re not in that country anymore
