      Glad I got out of the US pre-COVID to do my MBA in Galway. Ended up getting a lecturing job, and now own a business here. Own property, pay taxes, and work to educate adults and kids.

      40 years old, rebuilding my life as a single guy, but proud to be doing it in Ireland. I’m like 6 months away from citizenship and couldn’t be happier.

      I’ve 2 very distant cousins included in that (their side of the family emigrated to the US during the 19th century). They are recently retired and decided that if Trump got in again they would leave. I thought they were all talk, but in fairness they followed through and have bought a house in West Cork.
