It’s an anti air destroyer that’s been given a few more anti air missiles.
I’m sure this is a welcome addition but it doesn’t sound like a massive capability upgrade to me, still no land or surface attack system unless I’m mistaken?
They don’t call them destroyers because they ran out of words.
