      From other reports it sounds like they hit an oil depot.

      Once again it’s telling that when the air sirens start, Russian civilians run to their balconies and out into the open to see what they can see. They know perfectly well that as noncombatants they are safe from Ukrainian attacks, which Ukraine conserves only for targets of military value.

      They may scream and cry and tear their hair out about how unsafe they “feel” but by their actions reveal all. They are in no danger from Ukraine and they know it.

      Contrast that with Russia’s unending rain of terror attacks on Ukrainian civilian targets.

      The only injury these Russians will suffer is to their egos and their pride. Though tbf those particular injuries are not going to stop any time soon….
