Ciao Community, qualcuno vuole acquistare un LP tramite Kleinanzeigen. Afferma di non poter aggiungere un indirizzo tedesco al suo paypal straniero. È vero? Qualcuno può inviare denaro senza un indirizzo o è una truffa?

If you have to ask. it is a Scam.
You should be fine as long as it’s paypal for business and you add the tracking number to the order. On the other hand… I personally wouldn’t risk it.
Paying on Kleinanzeigen is a hassle for either party if the buyer doesn’t pick it up in person and pay in cash.
PayPal Friends and Family means that once money is sent there is no way to ever get it back – it’s the way for sellers to scam buyers.
PayPal Waren und Dienstleistungen means that the buyer can open a conflict and claim that the goods they received were damaged (or never arrived), and in practice PayPal almost always sides with the buyer, even if they are lying. This is the way for buyers to scam sellers.
Whichever PayPal option you choose, one party can easily scam the other. If the buyer doesn’t even have a German address with PayPal, that makes it even more likely that they are trying to scam you.
The only good way to buy and sell on Kleinanzeigen is locally with a personal meeting to pick up the products, anything else is a gamble.
The PayPal part is true (you can try on your own account, you cannot pick a country in the address).
That doesn’t mean it’s not a scam.
Wenn ich verkaufe dann Paypal nur über Freunde und Familie… So macht der hinterher nen Fall auf, deine Ware ist futsch und Geld siehst Du nie wieder.
