      Makes sense considering this was the time the entire population of Georgia was ~800,000 due to a spread of the plague (source: geography textbook)

      Pretty sure Tbilisi had more Armenians than Yerevan at the time. Most of our authors and writers were based there, it was a major cultural center

      I like the fact that in the Armenian-language Wikipedia, the article about Tbilisi says that Tbilisi is the most Armenian city in the world.
