Even as a macronist I don’t know if it’s a good idea, the problem is I have no idea how to resolve the current situation. The National Assembly dissolution was clearly not a good idea. I clearly have a bad feeling for 2027.
What would be the end game of him resigning anyway ? Who would be the front-runners ? Bardella, Mélenchon, Retailleau ? A far-right pro-Russian, a left-wing pro-Russian or a Christo-fascist. Good, we would be wrecked in any case.
