L’ho fatto nella stagione sbagliata perché è ancora inverno qui in Nuova Zelanda, ma è stato davvero bello! Penso che la prossima volta ho bisogno di fare più patate, però, lo elevano davvero in qualche modo eh

You don’t make “more” potatoes when cooking šaltibarščiai. You make too much, and then eat them with butter and salt later (bonus, if they’re still warm)
