book shop owner here: the day after any given game we receive these posters in the morning with all the magazines, papers and stuff. Nationale Loterij checks shops if they have the correct publishing laid out in their store, they will give the store owners benefits depending on how strict they follow the ad/publishing rules.
im guessing they either print multiples lines (either jackpot gets won, reset to the base jackpot. Or no one wins jackpot and the jackpot goes up x EUR) and throw away the outcome that didn’t make it, or they print these with just-in-time delivery after the game has concluded
It’s always 2 options, back to the begining = same poster everytime or a poster with the added amount. The added amount is based on the tickets sold and is sometimes estimated in advance to print the posters.
Ever thought about the printing companies who bring around the newspapers? They can print other stuff too you know.
