This is not the secretaries or caretakers’ fault. They are only looking for what their colleagues have. When will the government wake up and realise it’s affecting education?

That’s… the point of a strike. To be disruptive and cause pressure to come to bear on the employer to negotiate.
The Minister for Education has been very quiet on this, surely they’ll have to come to the table when all these essential workers are looking for is equity with their school colleagues?
What are caretakers and secretaries looking for?
