B-but I thought doxxing your whereabouts is cool, completely fine to do. The governments should know, including Russia. Now let’s all give away our IDs to Google, Meta, Yoti, X, Spotify, etc. so that Russian hackers can have our data ×10 easier.

That’s pretty concerning-GPS interference isn’t just about planes, it can impact safety, communication, and even daily navigation. Definitely something NATO needs to stay on top of.

GPS jamming in 2025? Looks like the digital battlefield just got even more real.

The only effective response is a serious enough retaliation that Russia does not do this again. But our pathologically timid leadership will ensure the worst they can expect is a strongly worded letter. Im pretty sure Putin could outright kill a NATO leader and 3/4ths of western leaders would be deprecate to find any excuse to not retaliate or do anything.

Best way to achieve that is the bomb and totally destroy each of the GPS jamming sites.

Watch Tsar Pootin whine about that…but do-absolutely-nothing.

I wonder, from what distance can Russia actually jam those signals and how would that work? Is there actually a way to stop this?
