I expect this to change with recent choices by the EU regarding a delayed relaxed stance on immigration, stance on Israel/Palestine, especially with Ursula Bomb Der leyen and lastly capitulating to the US

I’d hate to see this country were it not for all the EU financial aid we benefited from.
That and free trade.

This is one thing I’d actually be curious to see the Brits’ opinion on – I’m guessing roughly 50/50 blue and orange .
(I’m assuming only EU members were polled)

The percentage of people in Ireland who have a negative opinion of the EU also acts as a nifty proxy for the percentage of people in Ireland who are really, really dumb.
Just under 1 in 10, not too bad.

I see it as a good thing with the built in potential to become something very bad that we are trapped in over the long term. The force through of the Lisbon treaty and outright disdain for us little plebs voting against it being an early example. Politics is politics and someday in the future when the EU has gained more and more powers that can override member governments, the potential for disaster exists.
