      There’s an independent baker in Bath that sells this, and another in Cirencester. I haven’t found it in any other bakeries in the whole of the United Kingdom. /s

      That is simple Brioche with some bigger sugar pieces in it.

      If it’s stuffed with raisins, it’s a belgian cramique.

      Looks like a good ol’ fashioned Kirmeskuch to me with raisins inside. Best with good butter and jam or even with butter and raw ham. Damn, you make my mouth watering.
      You should find it in any bakery here in Luxembourg. Can’t tell for UK though.
