I mean I know this will be laughable for any Ukranian reading this, but even still, we’re in “peacetime” countries (big sarcastic quotations) are quickly escalating from receiving 1 drone here and there over the years, to 2 in a few weeks (Lithuania, July), to now multiple in one night
I suppose some of this is just a simple conscequence of the vast increase in drones Ukraine has to fight off each night, so to an extent this could be more “russians are really shit at controlling their drones past a certain point” than “among other tasks, russian commanders told their drone units to fly this one over NATO airspace”. But still even if it’s just “collateral damage” (with us being lucky there’s no actual damage to life or buildings bigger than a shed yet) – all this is concerning

The Polish Army is a f****** disaster! Their entire Army is based on what Russias Army was pre-Ukraine invasion! Outdated strategies and equipment. Poland has been asleep to the fundamental change in warfare, due to drones/AI!
Way too much focus on tanks, while tanks have been reduced to a support unit, not an attack unit. It should have focused more on artillery, which still proves resilient, even during AI-drone warfare!
And Polish air defense seems to be completely outsourced! It would not even have the capacity to quickly react to massive drones coming to their way. Warsaw, Lublin, Gdansk would be like sitting in a field in extensive drone warfare!
The weapons shifted the war from Blitzkrieg to war of attrition, and for that its army is too small! It needs conscription.
Finland on contrast has superbly adapted and learned. In a 1v1 Finland would beat Poland.

But have they scramble damn jets?!
If drone falls onto polish soil a strongly worded letter is delivered to the russian embassy, if it flies back to Ukraine – it’s fine.

Polish leadership is pathetic.
