      What was wrong with the rainbow colors? Unless its weak willed snowflakes that didn’t like those evil woke stairs as the American republicans would say.

      This sure feels like a statement towards LGBT+ folks. I’m unfortunately American so this immediately makes me think of how Florida has been removing rainbow crosswalks.

      Good thing that the city promised to quickly repaint them in rainbow colours.

      What was wrong with steps without paint at all? Typically outdoor steps like that become slippery when wet.

      I mean at this point it can range from “they get a different colour scheme every year” and it’s just ragebait, to “Russian infiltrants secretly repainted the stairs at night to polarize”, to whatever.

      The condition of these stairs wasn’t the best—the paint was peeling, giving them a neglected look. Someone decided to paint them their own way. I think the white and red design is more beautiful.

      The tiniest of first-world problems, but this spelling drives me crazy. You’ll never see an English-speaker use it. Ever. I could safely bet money that OP is Polish.

      Not attacking/criticising OP at all! Just always been so, so curious why this spelling is still used in English in Poland.

      Those weren’t rainbow stairs. They were just colorful with quotes from Polish poets.

      Apparently someone repainted them illegally. But if the intention was nationalistic, as these are now in colour of the polish flag, it is pretty stupid. Why? What kind of nationalist would want people to step on the polish flag???

      I don’t know about other but I personally wouldn’t want people to walk over my countries flag…

      Besides that these aren’t even LGBT colors just colors…
