Ragazzi, oggi sono stato colpito da una signora che ha ignorato il segnale di stop. Ho chiamato Lesa, hanno fatto le loro cose, ho chiesto perché non la vanno bene per la guida di abbandono. Mi hanno detto che non possono farlo in base al mio rapporto. C’è una macchina fotografica su questa strada, c’è una foto che mostra il suo auto FKN che si trova a metà fuori dalla linea di sosta. Per loro non era abbastanza. Dove e come posso segnalarlo? Sono stufo della mancanza di applicazione qui.

“enforcement” is an alien concept to Maltese authorities. Technically if you report the accident and cunt to the police they should act. But I doubt they will take it any further if it takes more that 10 minutes of work. One can hope though!
Happened the same, had the lady not respecting the stop, saying bullshit like there’s no tomorrow to the Lesa, no fines and nothing happened to her. The only win for me is that her insurance had to pay in full my damage.
