Just FYI, each of these people will take up several taxpayers’ contributions while they’re here. Money that could be spent on any number of things that need doing in this country.
C. 4% of the overall immigration numbers from the last financial year? And from numbers id seen published, being processed much more quickly these days so those with no rights to stay are removed and the remainder start to contribute.
Not that I support illegal crossings, but these are not the largest concern if population growth numbers are your concern.
