This is clearly a misunderstanding
They know the law (or lack of it) is on their side and they will abuse that, we will only see more and more of this until something drastic happens, and maybe, then, just maybe, someone will start wondering what to do about it, but we need victims first, it just can’t be dealt with before someone gets hurt.
